HOW TO BECOME AN IT MANAGER

Most organizations require a Bachelor’s degree in a computer or information science related field. Generally, it takes a MINIMUM of five years in an IT related position before becoming an IT Manager (10 years is average for larger organizations). Experience with a wide variety of technologies is a big plus.
