As the risk of cyberattacks continues to increase, so does the need for companies to employ experienced Information Security professionals. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of professionals employed as Information Security Analysts increased from 70,000 in 2015 to over 89,000 last year (27% increase). In addition, CNNMoney listed IT Security Director in their 100 Best Jobs in America list due to a median salary of $147,000 and the number of open positions growing 15% over the next ten years.
