Typical Duties and Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritization
• Write specifications accounting for on chain constraints and costs

• Analyze on chain and product data to understand actual usage
• Coordinate releases including audit and staged rollout
• Engage with users, integrators and the developer community
• Define success metrics that reflect durable value
• Assess competitive protocols and their approaches
• Support go to market and documentation for releases
• Balance decentralisation goals against usability

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of product management including blockchain products
• Solid technical understanding of smart contracts and chain mechanics
• Experience analyzing on chain data
• Ability to write specifications engineers can build from
• Judgment about the trade off between decentralisation and usability
• Experience coordinating releases with security review
• Strong written communication for a technical audience
• Comfort with rapid change in the underlying technology
