Typical Duties and Responsibilities

• Review smart contracts and protocol changes for security weaknesses
• Design key management, multisig and signing procedures
• Build on chain monitoring and anomaly detection
• Lead incident response for exploits and attempted attacks
• Manage bug bounty programs and triage reports
• Assess third party integration and bridge risk
• Secure deployment pipelines and privileged operations
• Run threat modeling for new features and integrations

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years in security with substantial blockchain experience
• Deep knowledge of smart contract vulnerabilities and historic exploits
• Experience with key management and hardware security modules
• Ability to lead an incident with funds actively at risk
• Understanding of MEV and transaction ordering exposure
• Experience with on chain forensics and monitoring
• Clear communication during high pressure situations
• Familiarity with the audit process
