Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guide new customers through technical setup and initial configuration
  • Build integrations and imports needed for the customer to start
  • Train customer teams on effective use of the product
  • Identify and remove blockers to early adoption
  • Monitor onboarding progress and intervene when accounts stall
  • Document common setups and build reusable assets
  • Feed recurring friction back to product as improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with support, sales and customer success on account handover
  • Improve onboarding materials and self serve resources
  • Track time to value and work to reduce it

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years in a technical customer facing role
  • Solid technical skills including APIs and data handling
  • Excellent communication with non technical users
  • Ability to teach as well as configure
  • Organization across many concurrent accounts
  • Analytical approach to identifying where customers get stuck
  • Willingness to push for product fixes rather than repeat manual work
  • Empathy for customers learning something unfamiliar

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a product led onboarding motion
  • Scripting ability for automating repeated setup
