Typical Duties and Responsibilities

Education

• 8+ years of software engineering with significant systems ownership
• Track record leading technical work across team boundaries
• Deep expertise in distributed systems or the relevant domain
• Ability to influence through written design rather than authority
• Experience completing large migrations, which most organizations abandon
• Strong mentoring record
• Sound judgment about when not to rebuild something
• Excellent technical writing
