  • Patience supporting developers of varying skill
  • Understanding of what makes a developer experience good or frustrating
  • Experience maintaining documentation as a product
  • Public examples of technical writing, talks or open source work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running or judging hackathons
  • Contributions to widely used developer tooling
