Typical Duties and Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize against user and protocol needs

• Coordinate launches including audits, testnet phases and staged rollout

Education

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of product management including web3 products
• Genuine technical understanding of smart contracts and their constraints
• Experience analyzing on chain data to inform decisions
• Ability to work with an active and vocal community
• Judgment about incentive driven metrics versus real adoption
• Clear written specifications
• Experience coordinating a launch with security review built in
• Comfort with the pace and volatility of the sector
