Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, our client is a digital marketing agency with a hyper focus in the biotech and life science industires. Our client creates customized strategies for each client based on their unique needs that combine both traditional and digital marketing tactics.
The Challenge
Our client is small, with limited national exposure, but is experiencing organic growth within their IT team. Due to this growth that tapped nexus IT group to expand their IT team by adding a Sr. Salesforce Manager, Salesforce Admin, and Salesforce Integrator. The first key role fill was the Sr. Salesforce Manager to oversee a team of developers, administrators and engineers. This person would be the subject matter expert in Health Cloud and would need to eventually show the team how to use it. Since this individual needed extensive Health Cloud experience we needed to expand our search nationally to indentify the ideal candidate.
The Result
Our client reached out to nexus IT group based on our past successes in salesforce recruiting, our ability to source quickly, vet quality candidates, and our salesforce recruiters knowledge and network. We initially met with our client’s CTO to effectively develop a plan of action to hone in on the skill set they were looking for; Salesforce, Management, and Health Cloud experience. In order to meet their goals we created a multi – touch point outreach campaign targeting 429 qualified individuals, vetted 46 candidates, and submitted 7 highly interested and qualified salesforce leaders before making the perfect match.
