Headquartered in the Miami, FL area, our client has developed their flagship ERP product, the SaaS platform serves over 1,200 companies with over 12,000 licenses sold to maritime companies needing Asset Management, Maintenance and Procurement services.
The Challenge
Our client serves a rapidly recovering Cruise Line industry, though demand has recovered to nearly 100% in the industry, our client’s internal IT Support, Development, Analytics and Product teams have not made a full recovery. The organization has internationally dispersed technical leadership teams, making recruitment stateside difficult to manage. Furthermore, it’s compounded with historically ineffective recruiting partners and an understaffed and underqualified internal IT recruitment team. They needed a capable partner to not only provide qualified and SaaS savvy professionals, but they needed a partner to manage IT recruiting operations and workflow.
The Result
Our firm established a centralized control for sourcing, screening, scheduling, QA, pipeline optimization, and customized targeting of qualified candidates in order to simplify the recruiting process across 13 locations in 11 countries. Within 6 business days we had submitted 5 candidates, all 5 candidates were requested for an interview; by the end of the following week we started onboarding for their new team member! Since then, we were asked to be their primary recruiting provider and were given three more roles to fill in their IT Departments.
