Headquartered in New York City, this Fortune 100 insurance company offers a vast array of services including life & supplemental insurance, retirement savings, investment advice and wealth management.
The Challenge
Our client was trying to expand expertise within their Salesforce team with a dedicated Product Owner that knew both the insurance industry and the Salesforce platform. They kept running into candidates that lacked experience in Salesforce and/or insurance and were really struggling to find candidates that would help take their Salesforce product to the next level. With our extensive background in recruiting Salesforce candidates, our client reached out to us after failing to find strong candidates on their own.
The Result
We met with the hiring manager and built a strategy to specifically identify candidates from insurance companies that were currently overseeing Salesforce initiatives in an Agile environment. Not only were we successful in filling the position, but we had presented several strong candidates to our client that they were having trouble deciding which one to offer because they were such great fits.
