Headquartered in New York City, NY, our client has developed over 2,000 campaigns across digital channels (Display, Lead aggregators, SEO etc) in their proprietary Lead Aggregator Management System.
The Challenge
Our client had a large client base, in fact, it was too large for their current team, lean as it was, to keep up with demand. Recently having PE firm inject capital into their business, the organization acquired the liquidity required to build out their internal IT teams. Having an established relationship with our PE client; they needed to build out and start scaling up their Data ingestion and infrastructure capabilities, while also expanding Marketing and Web landing pages for their consumers on the front-end.
The Result
Our software development recruiters and data science recruiters were able to develop targeted campaigns for both positions; looking for relevant experience with-in Consumer Branding & Ecomm firms who came from Lower Middle Market and Small Business sized firms. These individuals thrived in high-growth, lean-team agile environments. Within just a few weeks of recruiting (sourcing, screening and interviews); we were able to narrow down the candidates and propose two offers that were deemed acceptable for all parties and within the allocated budget and short timeline for our client!
