Product owners work closely with engineers, product managers and designers to ensure we’re constantly improving our product. Along the way, you will be exposed to all facets of product development, from writing feature specs and creating wireframes, to prioritizing implementation work and QA’ing new releases. You will be a key asset in the delivery of automation product strategy to the contact center market, working with teams utilizing cutting edge AI/ML prototypes and features. Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Build business cases and define requirements and wireframes for new feature enhancements, products, and services
- Capture, analyze, leverage and share customer insights
- Conduct and utilize market analytics to make data-driven suggestions for product improvements
- Create and implementing QA test plans for pre- and post-launch features
- Triage bugs and feature requests
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a project manager, product manager, data analyst, management consultant or similar role
- Hands-on or project experience in data-driven departments
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Skilled in plan creation and documentation practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to proactively use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with in data analytics or data science
