As an Art Director on our marketing team, you will help lead fully-integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns, serving as a key creative voice for the brand. The role combines strategic thinking with polished execution, creating engaging customer facing experiences that shape the overall brand identity. It requires knowledge of visual design trends and development processes, as well as exceptional communication skills and the ability to oversee and manage external teams. The ideal candidate is an expert in today’s digital landscape and is passionate about being an empathetic manifestation of the needs of our users.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creative strategy in collaboration with other creative team members and cross functional partners
- Concept, design and execute culturally relevant campaigns across multiple disciplines from digital to social to video
- Make creative decisions that reinforce and elevate the brand
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Work with a roster of external agencies to produce original content that spans all channels
- Deliver world-class design work that is on brand and on time
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in art, design or a related subject area
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a digital designer or art director
- Mastery of tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote or similar programs
- Experience working with and designing digital products for a variety of digital platforms
- Experience working on set and in studio
- Experience designing, delivering and collaborating in a high growth, fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices
- Strong individual contributor portfolio of design and content work
- Broad, hybrid skill set in content strategy, design, and creation
- Proven ability to ideate and pitch strong campaign concepts
- Strong written, oral and visual communication skills
