Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product manager, customers, and partners to comprehend, document, and capture the workflow’s end-to-end requirements
  • Develop technical requirements for new features and capabilities
  • Lead the development of the roadmap, establish priorities and strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the customer is at the center of all decisions
  • Translating project requirements into product features and incorporate them into our roadmap
  • Identifying emerging technical challenges and develop a competitive solution  

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, process management, and process improvement
  • 3+ years of experience creating product vision and strategy in customer experience, customer success, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience writing business or technical requirements
  • Experience in hands-on product management
  • Customer-focused mindset and eagerness to contribute to a remarkable transformation with a heavy reliance on digital experiences
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and a track record of collaborating with both partners and customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of digital technologies such as AI
  • Knowledge of behavioral economics and decision architecture
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical abilities
