Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use the firm’s CMS, website management platforms, and direct HTML coding to implement content upgrades to the firm’s website and microsites
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding website content management
  • Ensure that all content provided on websites complies with firm standards and is SEO-friendly
  • Assist with microsite and blog development, content planning, launch, and upkeep
  • Format, enhance, and distribute email-marketing campaigns including newsletters, thought leadership pieces, announcements, and event invitations
  • Ensure distributions follow brand guidelines, marketing best practices, and any other applicable legislation, such as local anti-spam laws
  • Collaborate with the firm’s attorneys, employees, and business services specialists to create and maintain effective marketing mailing lists
  • Assist with the development, examination, and interpretation of reports for email marketing
  • Produce and disseminate pertinent reports as needed
  • Create and maintain team and role-specific documentation

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Expertise in HTML and CSS fundamentals
  • Experience setting up and optimizing campaigns on all major search engines
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Capable of escalating when difficulties arise
  • Well organized and able to accomplish tasks on deadline
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to offer workable answers to problems
  • Strong attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy in process documentation
  • Able to work both individually and in team environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in both group and one-on-one settings
