We are seeking a Director of CX to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience building customer engagement in the “moments that matter.” The CX Strategy team creates individualized, cross-channel solutions with the customer in mind, providing timely, relevant experiences to suit client demands based on business objectives with the aim of creating long-lasting relationships. We are looking for creative thinkers who are passionate about all types of data, including demographic, research, behavioral, and self-professed data. Although CX Strategy Directors are specialists in email and the web, they also enjoy a challenge and are open to integrating new channels and promoting innovation. In addition to collaborating with colleagues from different agencies as well as clients, this person will serve as the strategic lead for the brand.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation of expansive, individualized, cross-channel experiences
  • Create intelligent, original answers based on evidence and research
  • Identify opportunities to connect the channels and customize experiences
  • Collaborate with other subject matter specialists to create solutions that motivate brand strategies
  • Create and strengthen important internal and client relationships
  • Use data to improve the consumer experience
  • Collaborate closely with planning, creative, and analytics to create experiences that are genuinely evocative and impactful
  • Participate in the development of new business to demonstrate our expertise in CX strategy

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of expertise with multichannel/digital customer experience strategy
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership, both team building and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience creating compelling PowerPoint presentations that are appealing to the eye and convey a consistent narrative based on strategy, insights, and data
  • Experience overseeing a project involving integrated measurement in collaboration with internal and external parties
  • Experience working with analytics to discover program, campaign, and cross-channel optimizations using data to produce actionable insights
  • Knowledge of cloud marketing platforms
  • Strong interpersonal, presenting, and communication abilities
