We’re searching for a skilled media buyer to assist with developing, managing, and expanding our advertising campaigns. You’ll collaborate on social media campaigns with our marketing managers and clients. You will be in charge of the campaigns’ whole operation, including strategy and execution, planning, creative direction, copywriting, graphic design, analytics, optimization, and reporting. To assist you in managing the process, we will offer resources for copy and creative production and cooperate on ideas and strategy. Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and evaluate advertising strategies that achieve strategic objectives
- Determine which KPIs are most effective to define success and assist teams and clients with tracking those metrics
- Provide day-to-day management of sponsored social campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, and creative testing
- Develop and post online advertisements on social media
- Analyze and track paid digital trends, look into performance anomalies, spot strategic areas for growth, and offer suggestions for improving campaigns and ROI
- Develop and carry out A/B testing for important paid media performance levers like ad copy, creative, and landing pages
- Organize project schedules to guarantee that customer deliverables arrive on time and on budget
- Collaborate with clients and the media team in all capacities, and provide updates on performance and strategic initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience purchasing media
- Experience with advertising technology on the buy-side of the online ad landscape, such as pixels, creative formats, ad serving, and viewability/verification
- High level understanding of direct response copywriting
- High level understanding of growth marketing
- Experience with social media growth strategy
- Experience working with e-commerce businesses
- Experience with actionable recommendations to and user-friendly performance reporting
- Has a portfolio of highly effective advertisements and case study examples
