Turnstone partnered with Peter Cappelli, a professor of management at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School to evaluate over 100 companies. The list was selected by a panel of judges including Capelli, Kuske, Marc Nager (CEO of UP Global) and Lesa Mitchell (VP of Innovation and Networks at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation). Judges looked at if the business had potential growth, if it had a good culture, and if its workspace was enjoyable.
nexus IT group among the other 14 companies were recognized for their excellence in a number of areas, including positive work culture, forward-thinking leadership, talent retention, business innovation, community outreach, and an intentionally designed workspace.
