Kansas City, MO (PRWEB) October 22nd, 2014 – At nexus IT group, Inc. we chose to be headquartered in Kansas City because of the incredible growth, resurgence and presence of elite IT companies and professionals in the area. Not only do we call Kansas City home, but we take pride in supporting the local youth community and city achievements.
Last week, several members of our team in Kansas City took part in Wyandotte High School’s mock interview and resume review with a number of dedicated teenagers trying to improve their future career and professional skills. This was our 4thconsecutive year taking part in this great event and we’ve enjoyed each year more than the last. It’s incredible to see the determination of these teenagers to do everything possible to improve their life and the lives of their families. We had an incredible time providing interview tips and resume assistance to help these gifted young adults.
Additionally, our team at nexus IT group loves our hometown teams and the Kansas City Royals are no exception. We’ve followed the Royals success all season and been to many games throughout the year. During the recent playoff run our team gathered together to watch Game 4 of the ALCS and we were lucky enough to see the Royals clinch a berth in the World Series. We can’t wait to see what this team can accomplish in the Fall Classic and have loved seeing the entire metropolitan rally around this team.
