Domestically based in, North Carolina, this data solutions consulting service company provides Fortune 500 companies and privately held finance firms like Vanguard, McDonalds, Walmart, Coyote Logistics, ArcBest and others in Advanced Analytics services in the fields of mar-tech, supply chain, data infrastructure, and financial forecasting.
The Challenge
Our client’s internal team was struggling, they were experiencing recruiter turn-over. That lack of continuity contributed to several shortcomings; poor candidate pipeline upkeep, poor familiarity with their client’s tech stacks, and a poor understanding of industry, team dynamics and business problems. Having several years of experience in every industry they serviced and focusing exclusively recruiting data-centric candidates, this was a match made in heaven, they brought us aboard.
The Result
We met with the Global Head of Analytics and the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas to understand the nature of the team’s culture, technical environments, successful candidate profiles and a list of their primary clients and their industries. Within 6 weeks we hired out FTE consultants for 4 of their 6 major client lines; Vanguard, McDonalds, Walmart and Coyote Logistics.
