The Challenge
Our client was experiencing long recruiting cycles, candidate ghosting and poorly vetted candidates with their current IT recruiting partner. Due to these bottle-necks, they were behind on front office clients facing application development by 2 months, and desperately needed a Full Stack Developer.
The Result
Recruitment started July 18th, within 9 business days, we were able to identify and screen 287 candidates, short-listing and submitting 6 candidates to our client within 2 weeks. One candidate stood out above all else and we were able to quickly negotiate terms acceptable to the candidate’s and client’s expectations (well within budget constraints), the candidate started August 22nd with our client.
