The Challenge
Our client had established a very successful organic SEO marketing team but they were now looking to start a paid social media marketing team from scratch. Their job posting wasn’t receiving any of the right applicants because they needed a paid social media SME that could also help build the practice and lead team members as they grow. We met with the hiring manager and our digital marketing recruiting team quickly strategized on how to hone in on the right candidates.
The Result
Our team of digital marketing recruiters were able to quickly identify two very strong candidates that our client then put through a thorough interview process. Both candidates were so strong that our client had trouble deciding which one to extend an offer for the position.
