Headquartered north of Boston, MA, our client is a regional bank that serves customers across Massachusetts with 15 locations and overseeing nearly $5 billion in assets.
The Challenge
Our client was a growing but small IT team and was looking to expand their IT security team with an Information Security Analyst. Their salary range was somewhat restricted which narrowed their candidate pool down to candidates that were just a few years into their careers. Due to this, they weren’t receiving any applications from qualified candidates that also had salary expectations aligning with our client’s budget.
The Result
Our client reached out to our team due to our IT recruiting expertise and to leverage our dedicated team of cybersecurity recruiters. We met with our client’s CISO and quickly developed a strategy and plan to target the right candidates that met the technical qualifications but would also fall within the established salary range. We were able to screen hundreds of candidates and quickly shortlist two highly qualified security professionals. One of our candidates accepted an offer from our client just three weeks after we began our search and started with our client a few weeks later.
