Today is a special day; nexus IT group’s 10 year anniversary.
Early on, I set out on a journey unsure of what the future will hold in the IT staffing agency world. All I believed was that technology was the future and I wanted a place where I can go to every day that didn’t feel like work, and a place where I can just hang with friends while making a living for my family. It’s truly amazing to think about the friendships I’ve gained and how far we’ve come as a firm.
Today though, is bittersweet as we should be celebrating as a team, popping champagne, smoking cigars, etc… Instead we are all quarantined due to COVID-19, and people around us are suffering, losing jobs, and much more.
I believe that technology will evolve faster in the next 10 years than ever before. Which is why in these times we are playing offense. We are not laying off. We are not furloughing. We are not stopping our client reach out and we are not doing it half-heartedly expecting for things not to work.
We are hiring.
We are protecting our assets….colleagues, cash, and clients.
We are pivoting where needed, and looking for ways to grow and profit.
We’ve stepped up all activities. Reaching out to more candidates, more prospects, driving relationships forward all guns blazing.
We are on the offensive.
We are playing to win.
In the coming years, nexus IT group has the opportunity to be better positioned to extend our reach more than we ever have before.
We’ve accomplished a lot together during our first 10 years, but what matters most now is what we do next. Thank you for helping make nexus IT group a hype company now and for decades to come.
