Typical Duties and Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and requirements for a device or health product
• Gather requirements from clinicians, patients and commercial stakeholders

• Support clinical evaluation and evidence generation
• Prioritize development within the constraints of a regulated process
• Analyze market, reimbursement and competitive positioning

• Balance clinical value against development and regulatory cost

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences or business

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of product management in medical devices or digital health
• Understanding of design controls and how they constrain product change
• Ability to work directly with clinical users
• Familiarity with regulatory pathways and their timelines
• Experience defining user needs and design inputs
• Commercial awareness including reimbursement considerations
• Clear written requirements
• Patience with a longer development cycle than software norms
