• Track record delivering multiple regulated products to market
• Deep understanding of quality systems and regulatory expectations
• Experience building and leading engineering leaders
• Ability to represent engineering credibly during regulatory inspection
• Sound judgment balancing speed against compliance risk
• Budget ownership at scale
• Strong executive communication
